Major Gift Officer, Vice President, Literacy Coordinator, Admissions Counselor, Executive Coach – all of these are titles I have born at one point or another in my nearly 20 year career in Higher Educational Administration. At schools from Kentucky to Maine, encompassing large and small, new and old, public and private, I have developed my skills in management, leadership, and success through a commitment to equal educational opportunities for advancement and success. While the majority of my work has been in fund raising, I have two degrees in history from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Currently, I am a student in the Master’s Degree in Executive Coaching at the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology. There, I will complete the first half of her curriculum this May, resulting in a Certificate in Executive Coaching. This will represent over 100 hours of coaching experience and intellectual rigor which encompass the field of Executive Coaching.
